   I set up wp-invoice with my gateway information and the rest of the settings. On the invoice page, I click submit and I just see the "wait" graphic. The AJAX response looks like this:

   <b>Fatal error</b>: Cannot redeclare class AuthnetARBException in <b>/home/.../public_html/wp/wp-content/plugins/wp-invoice/core/gateways/authorize.net/authnetARB.class.php</b> on line <b>3</b><br />

   Nothing else happens. Tried in live mode, test mode.
   Using Authorize.net. We don't have recurring billing, but I tried with and without that setting set.
