[Plugin: Wp-Insert] Need to completely delete and reinstall WP-Insert, help?

    I’ve been using WP-Insert for months on 3 different sites. Recently, the plugin seems to have developed a bug on one of the sites (all three sites have the same configuration in terms of plugins and theme).

    On the manage ads page, nothing happens when I click on different ad zones. Basically, I’m unable to click on a zone to open it and edit the code. A basic delete and reinstall of the plugin doesn’t fix the problem.

    How do I get a completely clean removal of this plugin and database tables, so that I can get a fresh and hopefully working install?
