   First, great plugin, thanks!

   When trying to create a Privacy Policy page in WordPress 3.0.1, I get this error:
   Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/mysite/public_html/wp-admin/admin-header.php:19) in /home/mysite/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-insert/includes/privacypolicy.php on line 25

   Although the (blank) Privacy Policy page is automatically created and the [Privacy] tag appears, none of the actual privacy policy content gets inserted into it.

   Any ideas? Thanks.

   This problem also occurs when trying to create a Terms and Conditions page:
   Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/mysite/public_html/wp-admin/admin-header.php:19) in /home/mysite/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-insert/includes/tandc.php on line 39

   I'm getting the same message with wordpress version 3.1.3
