[Plugin: WP Idea Stream] Custom Development?

I have a client that would like some of this functionality on their WordPress site but with some changes to the plugin. I was wondering if you were open to some paid development on this plugin to add some new features. You can add our paid changes to your plugin afterwards so that it’s available to everyone but my client wants an ideas feature and is willing to pay for it’s development if we can have it meet our requirements.
