It may be a great plugin, but since it requires you to register on their site, and registrations are closed (as of 2/22), this plugin won't actually do anything.
Hover-in folks. Please let me know when it's usable and I'll remove or update this post.

just want to add that wp-hover does not require registration at any point.

Something wasn't working right then. I'll give it another try after disabling other plugins and have another go at it. I'm a very experienced user and wasn't getting an input field to add my hover content.

I got a bit further along after disabling all other extensions.
I guess I misunderstood what this plugin would do.
Most didn't work, in any case. (see pictures: http://d.pr/WKM7 & http://d.pr/y0DR ) I even played with a variety of other keywords to see if it what I had was just too unusual. Many of the options showed up like that second picture when clicking on the content boxes. I did get a twitter feed to work, but it populated faster than I could read.
