Using he new version 1.0 I find that these strings have no locale and cannot be translated:

    templates/list-documents.php:7 Settings
    templates/list-documents.php:17 as a Dashboard submenu
    templates/settings.php:18 above the Dashboard menu
    templates/settings.php:19 below the Dashboard menu
    templates/settings.php:20 at the bottom
wp-help.php:422 What are you doing? You’re going to create an infinite loop!
wp-help.php:426 That is not a WP Help URL. Make sure you copied it correctly.

Translationg to 'nb_NO' (Norwegian bokmål) using plugin Codestyling Localization. Will submit the files it when finished.

I can add that the following strings seems unavailable for translation:
    Note:
Sync pull refreshes automatically once a day.
You can manually refresh by saving the setting again.
Synced documents cannot be modified locally while syncing is still enabled.
    remote document
    cancel

    Yes, this was perfect!

Codestyling Localization doesn't use the .pot file, but offers a scan to create or update the .po file.

Where can I submit the translation files? I know plugins.trac, but how do I set the module to wp-help on a new ticket, as it's not listed?

Almost perfect. The edit action link text on the document list is not translatable.
In templates/list-documents.php:34 I changed 'edit' to __('edit','wp-help') and then it's perfect.

Got it! Check out version 1.1 (which gets all the ones you mentioned, plus one other string that was introduced).

And I'm working on getting an install of Glotpress set up. Until then, you can e-mail them to {my first name}@{this domain}.org

    Hi Mark
I get the 1.1 version on a network. Thanks to add "Sync Source" :-)
On my side despite the .po and .mo files the french doesn't work
