There are very few options in this plugin, and I don't see how to get it to work. Does it know how to interface with Growl for Windows? Do I need to be using a particular browser? Should there be an API key in there somewhere? Is there another piece of software I need?
I have a vague understanding of how Growl works... as I understand it, wp-growl needs to register with growlforwindows, and from there I can direct those notifications to my Android tablet with an app I've already got setup.
I'm just confused about getting wp-growl to communicate with growlforwindows. The documentation is nonexistent, and searching google hasn't been much help.
