   Hi,

   I get this message;

   Incompatible Archive. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

   Any help?

   You could try downloading it to your computer, unzipping it there, then zipping it again with your own zip software.
