   Sincere apologies for not replying any sooner. As of 1.0.4 there are additional options (5 minutes and on each page (re)load).

   If you feel adventurous, you can add these to the plugins/wp-flicker-background/adm-configuration.php file, starting at line 47 ($change_freq_options). The values are in minutes.
