This widget is great, easy to set up and use.

Is there a short code to place it in a post or page?

    Hi,

firstly i have signed up just to write this comment!

So your plugin is exactly what i was looking for and i almost gave up and i then stumbled upon your plugin. There are so many support forum questions on wordpress about trying to do something like this but none of them point to this beauty!

I will really really like to see a shortcode for this asap! Would 100% what i was looking for and i would happily donate to the cause if it happened soon ;)

    There is an incentive! haha

    All the best

    Zane

Hi Adam - Great work so far.

I followed the pretty clear instructions and set WP Find My nearest in quick time and got my appi key - no problem!

I would also like to see a short code to include the search box in a page, rather than in the widgeted area.

Also, could we have option / drop down boxes to limit search results for categories i.e. pubs / restaurants / gardens / swimming pools ?

    And also the option to limit results by distance i.e 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 10/ 15 / 20 miles?

I think these would be great additions to this plugin's value.

I am not a coder, so hope that I am not asking for the impossible! Would be very pleasedto hear of your future plans to further develop this plugin!

The lat/long values are returned from google's api... there is little I can do about any innacuracies

The things you mention are likely to be included in the next update hopefully within a week or two... though I will probably allow tagging rather than categories... I'll have to see if both are useful
