   While adding file the addition succeeds and I get the 'File added.' message too but above that, I also get below given warning message:

   Warning: touch() [function.touch]: Utime failed: Permission denied in ..\httpdocs\wp-content\plugins\wp-filebase\classes\File.php on line 550

   My wordpress installation is on IIS.

   Pls let me know how to fix this problem.

   Seems to be a safe mode or Windows related issue. Just ignore the warning.
