   When trying to view a PDF file for a second time in Chrome on OSX it returns the error "failed to load PDF document".

   In Safari it works to view a PDF a second time, but the thumbnail image doesn't display.

   In Firefox 9.01 on the mac it won't even find the file to download or display. It just downloads a .part file with a random filename. Granted there's no good PDF viewer for 9.0.1 yet.

   In Firefox 3.0.19 on the PC it works fine in the built in viewer but when trying to download the file it downloads the same as firefox 9.01 on the mac (broken .part file with random generated name).

   In Explorer 8 it returns the message "File does not begin with '%PDF-'" When trying to view a PDF a second time.

   Disable HTTP caching in WP-Filebase settings.
