When trying to view a PDF file for a second time in Chrome on OSX it returns the error "failed to load PDF document".

In Safari it works to view a PDF a second time, but the thumbnail image doesn't display.

In Firefox 9.01 on the mac it won't even find the file to download or display. It just downloads a .part file with a random filename. Granted there's no good PDF viewer for 9.0.1 yet.

In Firefox 3.0.19 on the PC it works fine in the built in viewer but when trying to download the file it downloads the same as firefox 9.01 on the mac (broken .part file with random generated name).

In Explorer 8 it returns the message "File does not begin with '%PDF-'" When trying to view a PDF a second time.

The site in question is at: http://fuzedisplays.com/cpp.com/?page_id=370

Disable HTTP caching in WP-Filebase settings.

    Thanks, that worked great.

Thumbnail images don't display at all in Safari 6.0 on Mac or Safari 5.1 on Windows. They load fine in IE, Firefox and Chrome.

I see that Rooster750's site also does not load them in Safari either.

I also tried disabling HTTP caching and that didn't make a difference.

Regarding my comment above and here ( http://fabi.me/wordpress-plugins/wp-filebase-file-download-manager/comment-page-39/#comment-12989 ) about Safari not displaying thumbnails.

Turns out Safari doesn't like the thumbnail files having the PDF extension or it somehow is blocking them.

So instead, I name the pdf whatever.pdf and the thumbnail whatever.jpg and drop them directly on the server and then do a sync within the plugin and the thumbnails display just fine in Safari.
