[Plugin: WP Facebook Open Graph protocol] OGP working on all pages minus home

Hi, the OGP is working properly when I post any pages/portfolio links to Facebook, but doesn’t work with my homepage for some reason. Could anyone shed some light, I’m fairly new to wordpress and plug-ins. Thanks in advance for an help. Here’s my website: http://christianmazza.com
