    running wp 3.0.2

Price is not shown on the blog (shows $0) no matter what.

when select quantity and go to paypal, price shows correctly, but event name is not showing.

also, email address shows in the header instead of the event name.

I've taken screen captures that show all the problems, you can see them here:

I love the plugin, hope I can get it to work...
    thanks

The $0 problem is fixed in the 1.1.3 release that was just checked in.

On the paypal description problem, do you have a name in the Event Name field in the ticketing plugin settings menu? Without an event name the Paypal receipt will just show that as "Registration".

I'm not sure what the email address in the paypal header is, I'll take a look at that for a future update.

The email address in paypal header is there by default (from whatever email address is associated with your Paypal account). You can change that, but that's in your Paypal settings - has nothing to do with ticketing plugin.

email address that appears in the paypal header is the email address associated with seller's paypal account (not with the buyer's paypal account).

description problem: event name is filled out in the ticket object and in the package object. (see the bmp's i've posted). is there a separate field in the setting page that controls it?

    Thanks for looking into it!

Apologies, the email address showing is from the buyer? I misunderstood. And yes, we will check into this.

no, no, the email in the paypal header is the seller's email address.

OK, I see where the confusion is...

The email address in the header on paypal's page isn't something we control. If you are sending the payments to a personal Paypal account, the email is displayed in the header as the recipient of the payment. If you are sending to a business account, it would instead show the business name. That's just standard Paypal functionality.

    Hope that clears it up.

    I see, appreciate fast follow-up.

what about the event description http://acweb.us/wp-ticket/ticket2.bmp

where event name shows as "Event name:registration" ?

    event name certainly is defined...

    No sweat.

We'll look in to the event name/description thing later today.

I think we have an unfortunate default for "Event Name". When you first install the plugin the settings page has Event Name set to "Event Name". When the description goes to Paypal it takes the event name, appends ": Registration" to it and then throws on as much of the package desicription as it can before hitting the 127 character limit imposed by Paypal
