   I have permlinks set: /%category%/%postname%.html and set default custom link, WP_email build links adding "/email/" or "/emailpopup/" to link. After click, I got 404 error.

   If I choose other type of link, all work good.

   Did you solve this while using your own custom permlinks? I am having the same problem.

   No. I didn't. Finally I have used another plugin, but I don't remember witch. This was client website.

   Hi

   Ok I have latest wp-email plugin and I'm using wordpress 3.0.1

   I went into the permlinks section of the admin page and just clicked 'save changes' I think this refreshes the cache in the database. Anyway glad it works now.
