   hi,

   i have a problem with the plugin,
   after a user change his/her email in the profile can't use the new email, he needs to use the first email to login,

   does anyone else have a problem like this?
   does anyone have make it work on this situation?

   i use wp v3.0.3,

   They might need to log out/back in again, but there's no reason why this shouldn't work if their email address has indeed been fully changed. Also make sure that they/you are actually changing your *user* email, not the Admin Email (under Settings > General).
