This suite of plugins wins my award and thumbs down for being one of the most frustrating, buggy, malfunctioning plugins I've ever seen. Add to that poor support, malfunctioning overloaded support forum, and slow communication and this one will provide you hours of hair pulling aggravating fun as you try to get answers and make the system work.

How do you uninstall it? Good God, I uninstalled from the plugins page and deleted the entire plugin directory. The badly-formatted links are still there blowing chunks on my homepage! Not good...
This is not true. If it were true our own forums would be riddled with this problem... but funnily they are not.
So either you guys must have some crazy settings on your servers or you're not doing something right. Either way WP e-Commerce dev team believe its the putting right that counts. If you need a hand let me know and I'll make sure you get the support you need.
Otherwise...
For briliant WP e-Commerce support use the WP e-Commerce support forums.
And check some of the sample sites. Lots of people are go go go and sell sell sell and they are not experiancing these issues.
Ciao,
Dan

I haven't tried to contact the producers of this plug-in yet, but after buying the gold upgrade (for the multiple pictures option) I'm totally frustrated with the image upload and image management process. How easy would it have been to simply give me a field to copy/paste the link to photos and thumbnails that I size and upload manually. Instead, the plug-in imposes it's own (slow) upload procedure on me, and then goes about haphazardly resizing them so that no matter what I request in the settings, the result is guaranteed to not be what I expected...streched or squashed - anything but proportional. I am still hoping that I'll figure out the magic combination of steps that avoids the fatal errors during upload and gives me the proportions I want...but I'm pretty close to giving up.
