   After installing Plugin: WP e-Commerce, all existing loops on my index.php, single.php, and all my custom pages were broken. The loops were not outputting anything. I deleted the plugin, and everything went back to normal.

   The problem is that I want to add this plugin as a "side-dish" to an existing site, not as the "main-dish". I don't want it to override and squash my existing pages.

   Correction: My loops were not disabled. Instead, template hierarchy was hijacked by Plugin: WP e-Commerce so that my custom pages, single posts, and all the rest were all using page.php. I moved issue here.
