   Hey Lee,

   Thanks for this great plug-in, we're just getting it set up now but I have a question.

   We're based in the Netherlands and we'd like to achieve a three tier P&P system like this.

   1. Netherlands
   2. Rest of Europe
   3. Rest of World

   If we choose weight/continent we are forced to charge Netherlands customers the Europe rate, which is higher than it needs to be. The only way I can see round this is to choose weight/country and then enter the countries individually, which might take quite some time!

   Have you come across this before before we dive in head first? If must be quite a common problem.
