Hi I need advice/help.
I've already tried the plugin forum but no reply so far. I've been hounded by this problem for months already. My problem is the default product page image size. It is fine for the landscape photos, but for the portrait images, it crops it and turns it into landscape ones and they look so silly. I've tried over and over again fixing it for the product image option but it really wont change. Does anybody know what I can do, like maybe edit something? I am not so knowledgeable with this and would like help. you can see what i am referring to here .

No, sadly. Nobody's been able to offer a solution. I'm no techie and I tried whatever I can but to no avail. I just had to resize the images to the size the plugin recognises but this of course meant the images/thumbnails became small because I had to fit the portrait image to the dimensions of the default landscape size. :( I really don't understand why no developer of this plugin can offer any help or advise.
