[Plugin: WP e-Commerce] Payment Edit Links Not Working

I cant edit any payment module, Nothing happens when I click on “edit” link, even with (open link in new tab)
Any suggestion?Please give me a answer..
I think may be few change in wp-content\plugins\wp-e-commerce\wpsc-admin\includes\settings-pages\geteway.php
