[Plugin: WP e-Commerce] links charactor problem

hi, i changed the encoding of the tables product_list and product_categories to utf-8 becuse i want to write in hebrew, the problem is that the links not working, he not show the name of the product and category in the link and dont take you to the category or page or product page.
example
http://www.mywebsite.com/products-page/category/proudctthe same link but the category and product names in hebrew
http://www.mywebsite.com/products-page///it not showing them in the link
