   i saw the is new version available to upgrade

   may i know what is the upgrade step?

   is it download and replace the file only?

   • Download the latest version from http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-e-commerce/
   • Deactivate WP e-Commerce in the WordPress admin
   • Replace the old plugin files
   • Reactivate WP e-Commerce

   That's it :)

   If you're using a live store this is the upgrade path I use.

   *** - Create a staging site (e.g. staging.visser.com.au) to test upgrades before making changes go live ***

   - Backup the existing database and site files on your staging site
   - Use the automated Plugin Installer on your staging site to upgrade to the latest release of WP e-Commerce
   - Once happy with the upgrade then backup the existing database and site files on your live store
   - Use the automated Plugin Installer on your live site to upgrade to the latest release of WP e-Commerce

   If you don't do this you'll end up in ruin or costing yourself for professional services.
