Google recently made changes that mean you have to provide additional information in your feed. You can set this up by providing the additional information as custom meta fields against your products. WP e-Commerce will notice these and add them to the feed - see the article here:

For example, to set the Brand of a product to "Nike", you would add
g:brand
Nike
Repeat that for the missing items against all your products and you'll be set. You might also be interested in this plugin which will allow you to set up store or category-wide defaults for items that make sense without having to add them to every single item individually.
