I've purchased your plugin, which I love...
Most of my products are showing up, however just two of my products are not showing up under "Store >> Product Sales" in dashboard.
Also, on the .csv export, is there a way to show the "order" and "order lines" information in the same exported file?

It only shows the top 5 by default. If you hover over the right hand side of the widget header you'll get a "Configure" link where you can choose to show more.
Also, on the .csv export, is there a way to show the "order" and "order lines" information in the same exported file?
Not currently no. Not sure how you'd expect it to deal with orders with multiple line items?
