   Can not send e-mail order from Cart. Returns on page 404.

   Are you saying that your transaction result page returns a 404 error? If that is the case then you may have broken your permalinks. Disable then reenable wp-e-commerce and then go to settings->permalink and click update twice.

   If this isn't what you are referring to then give better description with examples.

   I did as you wrote. But order is not sent as usual. Returns 404 page with the title ""Nothing found for ?page_id=133&sessionid=1591328070591". Setting in "permanent links" on "Name of publication - .../sample-post/"

   I'm using WordPress version 3.3.1 and I installed plugins:

   I made a theme site in the program "Artisteer 3". Maybe a bug in the theme of the site?

   And email order is only sent when I logged on as administrator of the site. Unregistered users can not send an order to buy goods.

   You still have not made it clear as to when and where you get the error. Is this on the final checkout page where you are supposed to get transaction results? What is your URL? Have you verified all other pages work?

   For example on page
   http://briztd.com/products-page/bumaga-white/bumaga-captain-universal/
   press the button "Добавить в корзину (add to cart)"
   then I press the link "Checkout"
   then fill a table with contact details and press the "buy"
   here there is an error which I wrote earlier
   but when I logged on as an administrator
   letter is sent correctly

   When you look under Dashboard->Pages and select transaction-results what is the URL?

   Also try setting your permalinks to 'Month and name' real quick and see if that fixes the issue

   The problem is that the page type http://briztd.com/?page_id=133&sessionid=5631328175647 with limited access. It is redirected to a page 404.

   Need some way to provide this page the access for non-registered users.

   why not just set anyone can register? This is kind of a requirement for wpec, though some people like to get around it and have anonymous checkout.

    registered user can not send the order too. The administrator can only do that.

    Mail not sent. But despite the error sending mail every transaction is recorded in the log of orders in the admin panel.

    Ok, I think I see what is happening. Try to disable all plugins except wp-e-commerce (I thing one of your plugins is reconfiguring security on the fly) I've seen certain members only plugins do this before.
