   For some reason that text fields for the credit card don't show up on the checkout pages, nor any other page. Im using WP E-Commerce RC5 and the latest release of wordpress 2.7.

   I ended up downgrading to RC2 from RC5 of the latest plugin release.. Oddly that did the trick..

   We have fixed this in the development version of the plugin, but the changes also required that the gold cart module be changed too.
