P.S. I want it to display my tags (is that the same as taxonomy???)

Yes, tags are one of the default taxonomies.
To create a dTree of them, go to the WP-dTree Taxonomies widget, and set the Taxonomy name:
to post_tag
.
That’s it. 🙂
(it’s sort of nifty having this tag list that expands to show every post in every tag. i just realized. :D)
Got it – all set! Super nifty!!! I am having it just include about 20 tags – sort of like more specific categories. Really makes them feel more like categories when you can see the count and pull down titles – love it – thanks!!!
You know what would super duper nifty? If it displayed post thumbnails – might be a challenge to keep the look so neat and clean…

Yeah, won’t happen.
But you can always hack a bit of jQuery and CSS to do that for you.
Displaying categorised custom taxonomy.
Great plugin.
I can display all posts within their categories and open/close each category folder for more details.
By using the WP-dTree Taxonomies (beta) widget, I have also been able to display all the tags in a list of open/close category folders. To do this with Tags, I simply added the term “post_tag” in the Taxonomy name field, of the WP-dTree Taxonomies (beta) widget.
However, I have a custom field called “FLE.color”.
I want to achieve the same effect as with categories or tags, but with the custom field called “fle.color”.
I simply want to categorise all my posts in open/close category folders, according to the value set in the custom field for color.
So I added the widget called WP-dTree Taxonomies (beta), and I added the custom field name aclled “FLE.Color”, in the field called Taxonomy name, but nothing appears.
How can I display a categorised list based on a custom category/field called FLE.Color?
Thanks
