   wp-dtree is not working with the very usefull drag-and-dropp "category order" plugin.

   The order of the categories does not correspond to the one displayed in category-order.

   Maybe, the fact that i use nested levels (under-categories) may explain this, but it is too bad.

   None of the choice in dtree : sort by "id", "name", etc... give the right order.
