[Plugin: WP-dTree] Compatibility with Vigilance Theme?

Hi there. Great plugin. Was using it before with an older theme then just recently switched over to the Vigilance theme (http://thethemefoundry.com/vigilance/) and noticed that the archive tree widgit no longer appears. It shows up just fine in the example in the admin interface, but not actually on my blog. Any thoughts?
