[Plugin: WP-dTree] am I dumb or why doesn't WP-dTree work?

I’m not getting it. I did the installation process and all I have is shown above:

I cant see how to configure the widget. Under configuration, this seems to be all i can do:

All finally on my blog, all i have is a strange “blogroll” with links to wordpress sites:

What am I doing wrong?
