   First of all: The plugin kicks ass of course. And this is the reason why I am so desperate with my issue.

   I need to exclude (one) category from my archives widget. And yes, there is an option for this at the widget menu. And no, that option is not working.

   Means: I put the ID of an category to a field "Exclude:". Like hundred times. Nothing happened. Somewhere I found that the plugin reacts on the option changes when you clear its cache - how do I do that? Will that help me?

   That's confirmed. I'm adding it to my todo-list for the next release.

   The cache is automatically cleared and refreshed whenever you change a widget-setting or add/change content on your blog. No, it won't help you.
