   Using WP 3.2.1 and v1.1 of plugin. Using WAMP setup.

   On the document admin panel, the "Revision Summary" textarea entry isn't being displayed. Where should I look to troubleshoot this?

   By design, it does not appear until a document or revision is uploaded.

   You can manually display it via the screen options menu in the top right corner (moved to "Help" in 3.3).

   Thanks Ben, I didn't realize that exposed as an option up there. I hardly ever look at the screen options menu.

   Okay, see image link below for what I'm seeing after updating a document.

   I've uploaded a revision and the Revision Summary is checked so it should be displayed?

   I'm having the same issue. That meta box is not displaying. WP 3.2.1 and v0.1.1 of your plugin. I've made sure there was no other plugin conflicts.

   Did you ever get this resolved?

   Typo above: WP Document Revisions v1.1, not 0.1.1.

   I'm digging through it, but whatever is causing the issue appears to be preventing the display of custom taxonomies from the WP Document Revisions Custom Taxonomy Generator as well.

   Screenshot his helpful, thank you... if you toggle revision summary on and off will it appear?

   Having trouble recreating... BODA82, are you using a WAMP environment as well? Also, does the workflow state taxonomy appear?

   One last thing, is it possible to take a look at the ID of the revision summary div? Hit view source and then look for something along the lines of <div id="revision summary">.

   In the same function that removes the upload popup, it calls jQuery('#revision-summary').show(); which should be firing.

    I am also missing the revision summary metabox, it is available to select under screen options but does not appear on the page. Having looked at the page source I think it is not there rather than hidden. This has happened with 3.2.1 and 3.3 RC1

    I think I found a fix for this. Sorry for the trouble.

    The development version should update within the hour with the fix, otherwise, look for an update to the stable version soon.
