   Austin, mate, are you there?

   first, thanks a bunch for such an useful plugin!

   maybe i'm running into an OS/Browser issue, but i don't see a "Select all tables" button....

   and, running in MultiSite, this is a really missed feature :o(

   my bad, the problem was between the chair and the screen...

   it's just a matter of selecting the first table and holding SHIFT select the last one
   (as stated in the plugin page)
