   I notice the plugin stop working after the upgrade to 2.9.2. Anyone experience the same issue?

   I am. Backup works, but only sporadically. No idea what to do here.

   Count me as another user whose backup plugin periodically breaks and doesn't backup. Any suggestions on another plugin for backing up?

   I think it's great that developers post their plugins for free use - and I'm glad to contribute when I find a useful utility. But I can't understand why this plugin is so highly rated when so many people have the same problem and the author never responds. (Not that he's got any obligation - I get that. But no one made him publish it. Why do this if you're not going to support it?)
