   On installing 3.1.1 a test site showed the familiar blank screen when viewing the dashboard. The standard troubleshooting steps to remove all plugins and re-enanble one at a time led us to find the wp-db-backup plugin (latest version) was the cause. Just a heads up if anyone encounters this.

   That's odd. I have that plug-in running fine on about 10 X 3.1.1 installs. I wonder if it's a conflict between that plug-in and something else, specific to your installation?
