[Plugin: WP Customer Reviews] Translate into Hebrew – Need Help

Hi,
i’m working on translation of this plugin,
i have some problems to translate it, i have translate the strings in the php file & tried also in the JS file but there is no change in it.

where i can translate the client side of the plugin?
