   Hi,

   Does anyone know how to remove the "Click here to submit your review" button? There ought to be an option to use it or not!

   I want the form to show on page load...

   Any ideas?

   I would love to have the form show by default too but unable to work out how to do this. I assume someone with experience can work out how to do this easily.
