Plugin: WP Customer Reviews] Javascript:void(0) error

So I changed the theme a little bit due to seasonal settings
I am now getting javascipt:void(0); error.
Is this a simple fix?
All I did was reupload it to the new plugins folder and try to add the code to inssert reviews.
