[Plugin: WP Customer Reviews] Changing "click here to submit your review"

can you tell me how to change the “click here to submit your review” text button? I have tried in the admin area and the wp-customer-reviews.php here ‘form_location’ => 0,
‘goto_leave_text’ => ‘Click here to add your review.’,
‘goto_show_button’ => 1,
but it does not save.
Also the button is showing twice on the page.
