   I'm having the same issue as this thread:

   I've got the latest wordpress and latest version of the plugin but customers can't select the stars. On mouseover, they are highlighted but on click, the selection doesn't remain.

   Did you try switching your theme to the default twentyeleven to see if it was the theme causing the problem?
