[Plugin: WP Customer Reviews] cannot change the position of the review button ! help

i own a website http://www.playmovieonline.com/ and i installed the wp customer review plugin on it . the plugin automatically displays the review button below the post, but i want to place it at the end of the page near comments, when ever i try to place the code near comments, it only displays the code and plugin doesn’t work at all..
so help me how can i change the position of the review button to get displayed near the comments section.
