   Hello!
   thank you for this plugin.
   I was wondering if it was possible to jiggle the tags even if the cursor is not over them?

   Earlier versions used to do this, but the animation takes quite a bit of CPU power, especially on non-windows platforms. I got many requests to stop the animation and free up the CPU, so I made it fade out.
