   Yesterday I installed the wp-cumulus plugin to show my tags in a nice way within the sidebar. The install goes fine and the plugin is shown in the widget list. But I can't add the widget to the sidebar, there is no button behind wp-cumulus. Like it is already added to the sidebar. There are no other sidebars with this plugin and I only installed a single theme on my wordpress backend. Can anybody help me with this issue. Thanks

   That is very strange. I've never come across this. Could you check if the functions.php for your theme specifies a single sidebar as well (it should call 'register_sidebar' or 'register_sidebars' with a '1' as the first argument.
