   I like the WP CSS plugin,
   however I had an issue with it changing the background:URL settings. It added my sites URL in front of the background:URL for all the style sheet background entries.

   Looks like the code is assuming you are using relative URL's in the style sheet, If you are then this may not be an issue, but I am using some absolute URL's that point to my other sites.

   I am not a regex wiz, so I commented out the code in the wp_css_fix_urls function and just have it returning whatever it is passed.
