[Plugin: WP-CRM – Customer Relations Management for WordPress] My users are unable to save contacts/

My users have an author level. As far as I know, all capabilities are enabled for them to add new contacts and upload a photo for contacts. They can input data. In the toggle menu, only the colour selection appears. They cannot save the data. Please let me know how to get them the permissions they need to do all except configure.
