I installed this plugin and activated but doesn't work. I wrap the code in the <pre lang="C++"> or <pre lang="C++" line="1" colla="+"> or other legal variants and nothing is displayed. Do I have to configure anything else?

Same for me - no effect whatsoever with v1.4.3 of the plugin and v1.9.2 of WordPress (the MU edition, in my case).
