[Plugin: WP-Choose-Thumb] List doesn’t refresh if post has new photos

Another thing I realised lately is that WP-Choose-Thumb list doesn’t refresh to a new list of thumbnails after the a post has been updated with some new photos.

Not sure why this is the case. Some advice would help, please.
