[Plugin: WP Chat] How to install

Hi
i installed the plugin but i donno how to embed or how to use it.
first my email in the site is different from the email that i registered with and i deleted the verify file so i need to change this things to let work if yes how? and i sent two contact us Messages and no one replied at may messages why and i cant register with a new email because he is saying maintenance when you will open?
