I've been looking everywhere, but can't find the full documentation. Forum posts say it should be on the Calendar Options page, but I see nothing. Is anyone else able to view it in WP 3.3.1?

Goto Settings -> Calendar
On top of the settings page, you'll find different tabs. one of it is called Usage, which will be renamed to 'Documentation' in the next release.
